Yummy Tapas & Appetizers – Roasted Fresh Figs With Goat Cheese

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 12 Fresh Figs
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • Honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Remove stem from fig.
  3. Slice figs into quarters – only going down 3/4 of the fig so as to keep the fig intact.
  4. Place goat cheese in middle of fig and gently squeeze fig back together.
  5. Place stuffed figs on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray or olive oil.
  6. Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven.
  7. Drizzle honey over each fig and serve.
