Holland America Line Culinary Council Expanded Collaboration – Brings Depth, Authenticity and Expertise!

During a media event on Eurodam in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Holland America Line President Orlando Ashford explained that on April 18, 2018 the company will celebrate 145 years of transporting people. The line first started off with routes between Europe and the USA. Fast forward to present day and the company is continuing to evolve and improve their cruise experience for the passengers that set sail on their 14-ship fleet. According to Ashford, the company maintains its vision of helping impact people’s lives through travel.
Holland America’s Culinary Council team consists of seven renown and innovative top-name chefs from around the world. Led by Master and Culinary Council Chairman Chef Rudi Sodamin, the collective efforts of Chef Elizabeth Falkner, Chef Ethan Stowell, Chef David Burke, Chef Jacques Torres, Chef Andy Matsuda, and Chef Jonnie Boer, are set to take the dining experience across Holland America’s fleet to new heights.
