The Egyptian resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh is situated on the Sinai Peninsula, along the Red Sea. Naama Bay boasted perfect swimming conditions, which we viewed from the rooftop pool area of the Iberotel Lido Hotel. Our visit to Sharm was during a Holland America Line Africa Explorer cruise.
