We explored the island of Capri, Italy (in the Tyrrhenian Sea across from the Sorrentine Peninsula), during an excursion with Insight Vacations Italian Escapade tour. The rocky island is located in Italy’s Campania region, lies in the Gulf of Naples, and on a clear day visitors can enjoy views of Vesuvius and the city of Naples.
