A working barge slips under the Pont au Change which spans the Seine River in Paris, France. This bridge dates from the era of Napoleon III, and was constructed between 1858-1860. The building on the right is La Conciergerie – used as a royal palace and a prison. The building on the left is Greffe du Tribunal de commerce de Paris.
