One of the most interesting sea critters we saw during our first snorkeling outing with Un-Cruise Adventures on their Baja’s Bounty Sea of Cortes cruise was a brown spotted sea cucumber (Isostichopus fuscus). This giant slug-like creature that creeps along the ocean floor was quite a thrill to see – even if it did resemble something more of a fecal nature.
