Greetings from Park Hyatt Saigon!
We finally arrived back in Ho Chi Minh City and checked into Park Hyatt Saigon. This 5-star hotel is conveniently located across from the Opera House in the Dong Khoi area of District 1.
Even though our twin room on the third floor (306) overlooks Lam Son Square and the Opera House, it is extremely quiet while still allowing us to look out and see the thousands of motorbikes passing by and watch the local happenings.
The service is exceptional and the staff are attentive to the guest’s needs. The hotel has a sense of elegance about it. The outdoor swimming pool is an oasis away from the madness of Saigon’s traffic – 5 million+ motorbikes and 1 million+ cars! This is the best way to relax and escape the hustle and bustle and the city heat.
Two nights certainly won’t be enough for our stay here on our Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Timeless Wonders of Vietnam and Cambodia cruise tour. But… we definitely will return!
