Hotels & Dining:
Eight night’s accommodation in either three-star or four-star hotels was included in our Trafalgar Scenic England Tour. Each morning a full-English, hot-and-cold buffet breakfast was served in the hotel restaurant and dinner was included on three evenings. Passengers typically would grab a sandwich, pasty or local specialty for a quick lunch while exploring the town or city they were visiting.
Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel in London:
Three nights of the tour were spent at this 4-star London hotel – first and last two. An extensive hot-and- cold buffet breakfast was included with each night’s stay.

Jurys Inn in Plymouth:
One night was spent at this four-star hotel located within a 5-minute walk of the Barbican. Everyone enjoyed the welcome cocktail in the bar with Lyndon and the included 3-course dinner. A full buffet breakfast was included in the stay.

Durrant House in Bideford:
This three-star hotel was home for one night. Most of our hotels were in a central location, but this one was away from the city center and about a 30-minute walk into the town of Bideford. Dinner and breakfast at this hotel were included.

Mercure Shakespeare Inn in Stratford-upon-Avon:
We spent one night at this four-star hotel within close walking distance of Stratford’s theatres and main shopping area. A hot-and-cold buffet breakfast was included and served in the hotel’s main dining room.

Optional Dinner Excursion: A 15-minute drive into the countryside with a stop at The Saxon Sancturary (Warwickshire’s oldest church) and dinner at The Bull’s Head Pub. £26 per person.
Jurys Inn in Liverpool:
We enjoyed one night at this four-star hotel situated next to Albert Dock and within an easy walk of Liverpool’s downtown core. An extensive hot-and-cold buffet breakfast was included.

Holiday Inn in York:
One night was spent at this three-star hotel with guest rooms very typical of a Holiday Inn. Tour Director, Lyndon Oliver, spent time chatting with passengers in the bar of the Holiday Inn at the farewell cocktail. A Farewell Cocktail and 3-course dinner at this hotel was included.
