Today, Uniworld’s included morning excursion departed the Victoria Angkor Resort and Spa promptly at 8 AM for the 30-minute coach ride to explore more Angkor temples. This time our Angkor visitor passes would permit us access into Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre. Our Cambodian guide, Kinal, continued to amaze us with his in-depth knowledge of the temples, and always shared it in a fun and interesting manner.

The guided visits were once again fascinating and we were thrilled that these not so well-known temples had been included in our tours. By noon we were once again back in the comfort of the hotel where we enjoyed their lunch special – $10 for a burger, beer and ice cream.

Time to relax and cool off in the pool. There’s a couple of hours before the next included excursion.
